The sad news was announced in a social media post by the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
“Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”
Understanding the Condition
In a published essay this past fall, she disclosed that she had been suffering from acute myeloid leukemia with a rare mutation.
Acute myeloid leukemia is a cancer that originates in the blood and bone marrow.
