Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new image drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various parts of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the current oversight process.
